Holidays owing can be referenced in the Payroll Holidays Owing report. This gives an amount for the Holidays owing for the current financial year, total accrued holidays, and a calculation of the total $ value this represents when measured against the employee hourly rate.

Surname - Employee's  family name

First Name - Employee's first name

Days Owing - Number of days needed to be paid by the employer

Accrued - Number of holiday owing  days received by the employee in increasing amounts over time

Days - Total number of days needed to be paid

Hourly Rate - Employee's rate per hour

Total $ - Total amount needed to be paid to the employee
