The Unallocated Sublet Repairs utility displays the Sublets that have not had their costs allocated. You need to go into Creditor invoices and process the sublets. See Creditor Invoices

Autosoft5 provides the ability to assign a Sublet repair and its cost to an open or closed Repair Order /Workshop invoice. The system will automatically adjust the general ledger if the invoice is processed and the sublet cost have changed.

RO - Invoice RO Number

Post Date - Date invoice was posted

Closed - Ticked if the invoice is closed

Item Code - Code assigned to the invoiced item

Desc -  Item Description

Cost - item Cost

Sell - Selling Price
