Workshop Booking Preferences is the location where you setup the Booking Colour Scheme and the hours or number of vehicles available for workshop jobs. This is used in the booking diary.

Booking Colours Tab

The Booking Preferences screen below shows the booking colours by a min and max percentage  of the available hours. e.g. the yellow colour goes from 31% to 60%, whereas the blue goes from 91% to 120% booking for that day. Colour can be setup to any colour scheme by clicking into the colour field and pressing F4 a colour palette screen will come up.

Hours Per Day Tab

Booking Preferences by Hours per Day allocates the number of work hours you have available for any one day.

Day - Day of the week

Number - Maximum Numbers of mechanic hours

Calculate percentage based on:

Hours - if you want to use hours per day to calculate percentage

Number of Vehicles Booked - If you want to use maximum bookings per day to calculate percentage.

Maximum Bookings Per Day Tab

Booking Preferences by Maximum Bookings per Day allocates the number of vehicles booked in for any one day.

Number - Maximum numbers of vehicles that can be booked per day
