On Saturday we had the great privilege to present at the Bosch Automotive Service Dealer Network (BASDN) Conference & AGM.
It was a pleasure to deal with a group of liked minded business owners who were joined collectively for the greater good of the group and the Automotive Industry.
Autosoft Managing Director, James Mitchell, made a presentation about some of the challenges facing Automotive Workshops today, how to systemise your business and best communication practices. A discussion of the future direction of the industry and how aftermarket workshops can compete with the dealers.
The event ended with an end of convention dinner, where there was the opportunity for friendly chats and getting to know each other. A great night was had by all.
